We invite you to join us of the grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony of Camp Always Choose Adventures. As we enter our 8th year in operation we’re thrilled to launch the very first off-grid outdoor educational campground located in Central City, Colorado, just outside of Idaho Springs, Colorado.

Camp ACA offers free and low cost outdoor recreation clinics to our youth, local schools, and recreational users living or traveling to Colorado.

Indulge in delicious treats sponsored by Tommy Knockers Brewery and enjoy therapeutic goat walks with Goat Walkabouts in Camp ACA’s aspen meadow. Check out our one of a kind Black Canyon of the Gunnison Tipi created by Secret Creek Yurts and Tipis, Sponsored by Unique Travel.

Experience a special blessing of the land ceremony, an ancestral tribute, and a land gifting ceremony featuring Leaf-Running Rabbit and Elder Bob Mason. Witness the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony with 14er Legend and ACA Board President Gerry Roach and Central City Mayor Jeremy Fey.
