Tent POP Clinic: Engaging activity designed to foster teamwork, communication, and practical skills among participants.
In this exercise, small groups are provided with various tents of different sizes and types, ranging from car camping to backpacking models, without any instructions. The challenge begins when the facilitator signals for the groups to start.
Participants must work together, relying on effective communication and cooperation, to quickly set up the tent (“POP” it) as efficiently as possible. Once the tent is erected, the group then aims to dismantle it neatly and correctly, emphasizing the importance of organization and attention to detail.
This activity not only promotes teamwork and communication but also teaches valuable practical skills related to outdoor camping and problem-solving. It encourages participants to work collaboratively, think critically, and adapt to challenges in a fun and interactive setting.
